These Terms of Use govern your use of the Basix software and its related services, provided by Corbitex Ltd. They apply alongside the End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Software. If you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You agree not to use the Software to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software; or use it in any manner not permitted by the EULA.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the Software. This includes ensuring that you have the right to collect and process any third-party personal data (such as that of your employees or customers) and that you comply with all applicable data-protection laws. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account or installation. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Where the Software is provided under a paid license, fees are as agreed at the time of purchase and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable. Licenses are granted for the quantity purchased. Where a license is offered on a recurring (subscription) basis, it renews for successive terms at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date; the renewal terms will be made clear at purchase. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid term. Any statutory withdrawal or refund rights available to you under your local law remain unaffected.
Functions that rely on our servers (licensing, updates, and support) or on third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features.
The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the EULA apply equally to these Terms and to all related services.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the EULA. You may stop using the Software at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available within the Software, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

מקום שהתוכנה מסופקת ברישיון בתשלום, התשלומים הם כפי שהוסכם בעת הרכישה, ולמעט מקום שהדין מחייב אחרת — אינם ניתנים להחזר. הרישיונות ניתנים בהתאם לכמות שנרכשה. מקום שרישיון מוצע על בסיס מתחדש (מנוי), הוא מתחדש לתקופות עוקבות במחיר העדכני, אלא אם תבטל לפני מועד החידוש; תנאי החידוש יובהרו בעת הרכישה. באפשרותך לבטל בכל עת כדי לעצור חידושים עתידיים, והביטול ייכנס לתוקף בתום תקופת התשלום הנוכחית. כל זכות חוקית לביטול עסקה או להחזר העומדת לך על פי הדין החל עליך אינה נפגעת.
פונקציות התלויות בשרתינו (רישוי, עדכונים ותמיכה) או בשירותי צד שלישי עשויות להיות בלתי-זמינות מעת לעת. איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה, ואנו רשאים לשנות תכונות או להפסיקן.
כתבי הוויתור על אחריות והגבלות האחריות המפורטים בהסכם הרישיון חלים באותה מידה על תנאים אלה ועל כל השירותים הנלווים.
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתך אם תפֵר תנאים אלה או את הסכם הרישיון. באפשרותך לחדול מהשימוש בתוכנה בכל עת.
תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, ולבתי המשפט בתל אביב–יפו תהא סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית, בכפוף לכל זכות קוגנטית העומדת לך על פי הדין החל עליך.
אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית זמינה תמיד בתוך התוכנה, והמשך השימוש שלך בתוכנה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
